Odisha Police is committed to implement 5T initiative of the Government. In process of delivering good Governance in the state, Odisha Police has taken a major step by introducing an ambitious as well as mission mode project namely “Crime & Criminal Tracking Network and system”.

        Odisha Police is committed to delivering time-bound services to citizens by the use of new-age technology. The purpose of the Citizen Portal is to provide a number of services to citizens on the internet. Currently we are providing 18 services through this portal. We will be adding more services to this bouquet in the future. We are constantly looking for ways through which extra services can be availed by residents without physically visiting a Police Station or other office.

        Residents may download our Mobile App “Sahayata”, available on android and iOS operating systems, for availing these services using Mobile devices.

        We look forward to your feedback to improving experience of citizens in getting quality service from the Police promptly, which is the core of the 5T program of the Government of Odisha, guided by Hon’ble Chief Minister.
